Account details, business settings, invoices, products, customers, subscriptions, payments, support records, and usage information required for operating the service.
Data is used to provide billing and inventory features, authenticate users, process payments, respond to support, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability.
Customers are responsible for the business data they add and may contact VyapaariDesk for account, subscription, or data related requests.
This Policy explains what information VyapaariDesk processes, why it is processed, how it is protected, and the choices available to account holders and individuals.
This Policy applies to the VyapaariDesk website, application, support, subscriptions, and related services. VyapaariDesk acts as the service provider for business data entered by customers. Each business remains responsible for deciding what customer, supplier, employee, invoice, and transaction information it records.
We may process name, email, phone number, login credentials, OTP events, business identity, address, GSTIN, PAN, subscription and payment references, support messages, uploaded branding, products, invoices, customers, suppliers, inventory, ledger entries, and other records you choose to add.
We may receive IP address, browser and device details, session identifiers, timestamps, requested pages, diagnostic events, security logs, and feature usage. Essential cookies and local storage support authentication, CSRF protection, preferences, fraud prevention, and reliable application operation.
Information is used to create and secure accounts, deliver subscribed modules, generate invoices and reports, process subscriptions, send authentication and service messages, provide support, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve product reliability and usability.
Depending on context, processing is necessary to perform our service agreement, comply with law, protect legitimate security and operational interests, or act on consent. Marketing communication may be stopped through the available opt-out or by contacting support. Essential transactional and security notices may still be sent.
Data may be shared with hosting, database, email, SMS, authentication, payment, analytics, customer support, storage, and security providers only as needed for their services. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or during a legitimate business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell customer business data.
Payment card, UPI, bank, WhatsApp, email, Firebase, or other integration data may be processed directly by the selected third-party provider. VyapaariDesk generally retains transaction references and status needed for subscription or business records, while provider privacy terms govern information processed on their systems.
We retain account and business data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, dispute handling, backups, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. A verified deletion request may be limited where records must be preserved by law, for fraud prevention, or to protect legal rights.
Safeguards include authenticated access, OTP flows where enabled, role and shop boundaries, validation, encrypted transport, controlled infrastructure access, backups, logging, and operational monitoring. No internet system is risk-free; account holders must also secure devices, passwords, emails, and authorised users.
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of relevant personal information. Business customers can update many records directly. Requests concerning data entered by a shop may need to be directed first to that shop, which controls the business relationship.
VyapaariDesk is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Service providers may process data from locations permitted by contract and law with reasonable safeguards. Material Policy updates will carry a revised effective date and may be communicated through the service or registered contact details.
Privacy questions or verified rights requests can be submitted through the Contact page. Include your registered email, business name, the nature of the request, and enough information to verify authority without sending passwords, OTPs, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
