Before you send a request

Export invoices, reports and business records you need to keep.
Deleting a user account and deleting an entire shop workspace are different requests. Shared business records may belong to the shop.
Some tax, billing, payment, security or dispute records may need to be retained. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends.
Subscription cancellation, third-party integrations and deletion are separate processes. Ask us if you need help with all three.

No. This is a request for review. We verify identity and authority before processing any deletion, then explain any limitations and next steps.

What information can be removed, and what may remain?

Your account and associated personal information are assessed within the scope you request. Business invoices, payment and tax records, security logs or records needed for disputes may need to remain. We’ll explain what applies to your request. See our retention and deletion policy.

Can I request deletion without logging in?

Yes. This form is available without signing in. Providing an email does not verify ownership by itself; our team will follow up before making changes.

How long will it take?
